Information on Return & Refund Policies
Shipping method:
TraditionalMeds.com offer shipping options for delivery within North America by USPS - Priority Post or Frist Class Mail. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. International inquiries are welcome.
Shipping Charges on Returns and Exchanges:
1. If TraditionalMeds.com ships an item(s) that was different from the original invoice or had a manufacturers damage when you received it, please return the merchandise to the provided address by mail. We will gladly exchange the item(s), and the shipping cost for the replacement will be on us.
2. If any item(s) purchased at TraditionalMeds.com fails to meet your expectations when you received it and you would like a refund, please call or send an email stating the reason in order for the refund or store credit to be processed. An RMA # will be issued to you where you can then return the item(s) to the provided address by mail. We will credit you with the original amount less 20% restocking charges in store credit towards your next purchase. Your shipping expenses will not be refunded.
